OFFICE RE-OPENING: KEEPING YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY A PRIORITY

We hope you and your loved ones continue to stay safe and healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.

With the re-opening of our office, we are now able to see all patients for their regular dental care. While we are excited to re-connect with our patients, we are taking steps to not only provide the highest level of care but to also ensure a safe environment for our patients and staff.

Apart from strict adherence to the CDC, California Department of Public Health and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines on infection control during Covid-19, we are implementing the following additional safety measures:

Liimit on number of patients seen at one time: Appointments will be spread out for more physical distancing and allow treatment rooms to be thoroughly cleaned between patient appointments. We ask that you please be patient and understand that we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
You may be asked to wait outside the office in order to minimise the number of patients in our waiting room. Only one accompanying person is allowed and they cannot be in the treatment room with you.

Patient screening: All patients will be asked to fill a Covid-19/health-screening questionnaire on arrival at the office. We will also screen all patients on the phone when the appointment is made, again when the appointment is confirmed.

Face mask requirement: Wearing of face mask is mandatory in the office.

Hand sanitiser use: Patients will be asked to use the hand sanitiser upon entering the office.

Temperature checks: All staff members and patients are subject to daily temperature screenings. Any person with fever will be asked to go home and return when they are healthier.

If you are a senior or a person with possible compromised immunity, please contact us and we will take the necessary precautions to give you the first/earliest appointment to expedite the time you spend in office, or we can decide if you should delay your treatment.

Surface cleanings: We do a thorough disinfection of all public contact surfaces during the course of the day.

Air filtration: 3-stage High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) air purifiers have been set up in all individual separate treatment rooms.

Doctors and staff will be wearing all of the additional recommended personal protective equipment (PPE).

Note: Our operating hours may change as we monitor the ongoing Covid-19 situation in the community.
