Dental Rehabilitation: Dental implants are versatile: We restored patient's first premolar with dental implant 17 years ago. His 2 back molars were subsequently lost to gum disease 12 years later and we replaced the first molar with dental implant and bone graft (not pictured).
Then the remaining intervening natural premolar had to be taken out due to fractured root more recently.
Patient did not like the gap after extraction. All we had to do was to remove the existing implant crowns on the front premolar and the back molar (no implant replacement needed), and connect them together with a new All-Ceramic Bridge to close the gap.
Patient is now happy to chew and smile again.
