Our modern, updated dental practice in Mill Valley offers separate operatories that are comfortable and private. Dr Frederick Tan

Dr. Tan received his dental education and BDS degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He later went for postgraduate training in dental implants at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, where he obtained his MSc degree in Implant Dentistry. Dr Tan has been enjoying practising dentistry in the SF Bay Area since obtaining his California dental license (DDS) in 2000.

Having worked extensively in diverse clinical and cultural environments, Dr. Tan is comfortable caring for patients of all ages with a range of oral health issues. He has always enjoyed the combination of art and science that dentistry offers. Besides being experienced in surgical and restorative implant dentistry, he is also a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Tan is passionate about helping people with their oral health needs and he is committed to each patient’s long term care. He strives to provide gentle, pain-free dental care with an efficient approach to treatment that produces the best results for each patient.

Dr Gerardo Lopez

Dr. Lopez graduated from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

Dr. Lopez believes it is essential that every patient feels heard and understood. He takes time to listen to their concerns, thoroughly explains all options, and tailors care to each individual’s needs and goals. Dr. Lopez is committed to staying at the forefront of the field and utilizes the latest dental materials, techniques, and technology to provide modern and long-lasting care.

A San Francisco native, Dr Lopez is an ardent 49ers and Giants fan.

Dr Matthew Low

Dr. Matthew Low, a native of the Bay Area, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University California, San Francisco (UCSF). After dental school, he pursued a more Advanced General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado in Denver. There he received extensive training in restorative and implant dentistry.

Dr. Low's mission is to consistently deliver the highest level of comprehensive care to his patients while continually expanding his education to be able to refine his knowledge and skill set. He prides himself in prioritizing the needs of each patient and most importantly treating every patient as if they were family.

May Registered Dental Hygienist

May has been working as a hygienist for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of experience in patient care. Patients appreciate her positive attitude and her patience in explaining and discussing their dental problems. She is encouraging, preferring not to lecture her patients but rather addresses each patient based on his or her unique dental needs. She looks forward to providing you with the highest standard of care.

Katie Practice Co-ordinator

Katie takes pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have regarding their treatment plan, insurance or financial needs. She loves seeing a happy patient check out upon completion of their treatment, knowing that she has helped contribute to their well-being. Her bubbly and caring personality will make your visit to our practice a real pleasure.

Daisy Patient Co-ordinator

Daisy is a Spanish-speaking member of our staff. Patents will feel at ease with her warm and cheerful personality. She is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and ensuring that they receive efficient service and attention.
